01 Video does not play when clicking on app notification
The camera requires either a cloud storage subscription or a micro SD card to store recordings. By default, clicking on the app notification will show a screenshot preview. To retrieve the
playback, go to the camera’s live view, and then navigate to the "Messages" or "Playback" tab.

02 No notification and recordings when there’s motion?
The camera is designed to detect motion within a range of 26ft and trigger alerts and video recording.Please check the Detection Alarm settings and make sure App Notifications are enabled in the Tuya app.

05 Why is the camera intermittently offline or unstable?
A:2.4G WiFi has a longer range, better wall penetration, but slower speed and weaker stability.5G WiFi has a shorter range, weaker wall penetration, but faster speed and stronger stability.The signal stability for both frequencies is influenced by environmental obstacles and channel interference.Recommended troubleshooting steps:A. Use the Check Device Network feature in the app to verify the WiFi signal strength at the camera’s location.B. Switch between 2.4G and 5G WiFi and test the connection. C. Move the camera closer to the router to test the signalstrength.D. Ensure the camera is running the latest firmware.
06 Why can’t the camera connect to the Tuya app?
Ensure the camera is powered on and in pairing mode (with the indicator light flashing red and blue). Enable Bluetooth and location services on your phone to help with the connection.
07 How to bind/unbind multiple accounts
A camera can only be bound to one account, but there is nolimit to the number of devices bound to an account. To unbind, use the app to Remove Device, or hold the reset button for 3-5 seconds to reset the camera.
